Hello! I’m Dorcas and am the creator of FinaLee Floral Cakes.

I am a baker who loves to incorporate fresh flowers with scratch-baked cakes. My love of baking started back when I was in high school when I would bake cakes and desserts for friends as gifts for their birthdays and events.

After obtaining my Bachelor’s in Business and my Associate’s in Patisserie and Baking, I started my baking career in Pasadena, CA. I found my passion in creating customized floral cakes that not only taste great but look amazing too.
